I gave a breadmaking demo to the folks behind Buffet Flats: Queering Slow Food in April 2012 before their Pink Moon event later that month.
Describing the qualities of the loaf in my kitchen.
Highlighting the difference between terry cloth and woven tea towels when covering rising dough.

Paniers packed up and Breadmobile hitched. The rest of the supplies are packed into two plastic bins on my friend’s Extracycle. Once the Breadmobile is finished, everything will fit inside, no paniers or friends needed!
In July 2011 I gave a breadmaking demo to the Roots to Fruits: Tasting Our Shared Fruiture at the EcoSF demonstration site. I also baked bread in a cob oven for the first time there.
